Valhalla Inn - New Denver

I loved the delicious homemade meals made with local ingredients at the restaurant, a good surprise .

The rooms definitely need a bit of modernization, as the decor felt dated and could use some updates to enhance the overall atmosphere.

The room is reasonably priced.

New-fashioned and well-maintained rooms with kitchenette, coffee maker, as example, efficient staff. Free parking nearby provided. Late check-out.

A hidden gem with room quirks

The Valhalla Inn offers clean accommodations and surprisingly good dining options that brighten up the otherwise quiet town of New Denver. The staff was genuinely warm.

The rooms themselves could definitely use a touch of modernization.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. Overall it is an unusual and incredibly friendly hotel and we truly enjoyed the stay, the location was marvellous very close to the lake. The staff are supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating, managed the parking nearby. The property has the restaurant with excellent food.

The staff was friendly, and I felt welcomed throughout my visit. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the delicious homemade meals in the restaurant with local ingredients.

It has super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff and boasts lovely views of mountain.

Welcoming service overall and parking nearby. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the queen room, plus central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Brilliant food options.

The furniture and decor appeared tired and outdated. I was disappointed to find the room lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning. The cleaning was subpar, with infrequent visits and unsatisfactory bathroom hygiene.

Free wi-fi worked well in public areas. Tv was nice but limited options.

The restaurant's delicious meals were a highlight! The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, but the lack of air conditioning made for a sweaty night 😅

A Wonderful Family Getaway!

A perfect family stay! The staff was helpful, customizing meals for my vegetarian kids. The clean room had a nice fan, perfect for warming summer days. Don't forget to ask for a fridge if you need one. A good experience overall!

The room, despite its age, wasnice and neat, nice for a great night's sleep. Enjoyed a tasty burger from the attached restaurant, a pleasant surprise since it stayed open for us after hours. Finding dinner options in the area was quite limited, which may be inconvenient .
